How does the meal reach those in need? 1. Procurement: We source ingredients from vendors within Sudan whenever conditions allow, or prepare them in Egypt and transport them when routes are accessible. 2. Preparation: The Sanad field team in Sudan prepares the meals, assisted by volunteers from the local community. 3. Selecting Families: Volunteers assess needs on the ground. Priority is given to displaced persons, female-headed households, children, and the elderly. 4. Distribution: Hot meals are delivered directly to the families.
